Georgy Zh Q:Dear Mark Luo!I bought it on the secondary market on the marketplace. The first user did not warn me that I would also need a disk (while the flash drive-key is included. I don’t know if it is really needed?). I can buy a disk + driver for my iridoscope at a reasonable price. Please suggest possible solutions. 1) This instrument is over 20 years old and is now discontinued and I can’t find the driver.
2) The computer systems supported by this instrument are WINDOW XP and TV. It is universal for computer and TV.
3) This instrument needs a transformer power supply, from the picture, this power supply is no longer available, and the AV cable that connects to the TV is also no longer available, so you can’t use this instrument.
4) Our factory latest has many new products of the same type, support computer system: win 7/8/10/11 and apple MAC OS. if you need a new instrument, you can contact us
