Dr. Jensen has written and published over 40 books throughout his career. In 1952, he published Science and Iridology (Volume 1), which quickly became a classic in the field, making him one of the world’s top authorities in the field. His second volume received international acclaim. Some of his other wonderful books include The Chemistry of Man, Food for Healing, and Cleansing Tissues Through the Intestines.
