I am a doctor of natural medicine who specializes in the use of herbs, vitamins and minerals, nutritional supplements, reflexology, and dietary counseling all of which are done with a holistic approach-meaning addressing the Whole person. A naturopath is known to be a “drugless” doctor who does no harm. Most people that we help are looking for a non-pharmaceutical approach to wellness. Others have tried just about everything and are ready to try something different in their quest for better health.

I have practiced iridology and worked with herbs and alternative medicine for over 25 years. Throughout my many years, I have helped many people regain their health and wellness. Iridology and preventive health care are my passion. I enjoy seeing people gradually regain their health the safe and natural way.

2 Iridology Consultation

The eyes are not just windows to the soul. They are, quite literally, windows to every part of the human body, allowing many aspects of health to be assessed without complex procedures or expensive equipment. Iridology is the study of the iris, the “colored” part of the eye, which is physically connected to the nervous system, by way of the part of the brain known as the hypothalamus. 

According to the concepts of Iridology, this physical link makes it easy to see potential issues of each body system before they manifest. 

By understanding the science of Iridology, many actual causes of unwanted symptoms can be easily determined. Knowing how to address those causes with the best natural methods means the best possible result for everyone.

3 Cheryl Lemoine Kainer is a Certified Iridologist who studied and trained under Dr. Bernard Jensen. Cheryl’s iridology houstoneducational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University (Class of ‘77), a Masters in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health, and she was Certified in Iridology in 1996.

Cheryl is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant, and a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.

The cost for a Iridology analysis is $90.00, and appointments can be scheduled by calling the Health Market at 281-367-0002.
