We managed to run the camera correctly through the virtual machine, and we can use it on windows. When it comes to install your drivers, the installation fails on finding the device connected. But as I ment, the camera is running on windows, so we don’t know if we need to install yours. After all this is setup, when we execute the program a message show up saying: “Sin clave de hardware se encuentra, por favor póngase en contacto con su distribuidor” “No hardware key found, please contact your dealer,That was the isue,The Golden pendrive doesnt work,Any computer can recognize it,We tried the software from the yellow pendeive
