Histoire de l'iridologie
La pratique de l'iridologie a des origines aussi loin que l'Égypte ancienne. C'est ici que des dessins ont été trouvés reliant l'œil à l'anatomie du corps. L'iridologie moderne en est à ses balbutiements de moins de deux cents ans fondée en 1861 par Ignatz von Peczley, médecin de Hongrie. L'histoire raconte qu'en tant que jeune homme, Von Peczley avait trouvé un hibou avec une jambe cassée qu'il a remarquée avoir eu une ligne noire dans l'iris jaune vif. Alors qu'il allaitait le hibou à la santé, la ligne se remplissait de fines lignes blanches et ressemblait finalement à de nouvelles. Cette observation a stimulé Von Peczley pour étudier la corrélation avec l'iris et la santé. Ses connaissances en tant que médecin lui ont permis de créer la première carte connue qui reliait l'iris à des problèmes spécifiques dans les aspects de ses patients.
L'iridologie a en même temps un jeune garçon suédois Nils Liljequist est tombé malade après une vaccination et devait prendre la quinine pour un traitement. Il a remarqué que ses yeux changeaient de couleur avec le médicament et il a publié des cartes qui coïncidaient de la même manière avec Von Peczley. Au fil des ans, l'Iridology s'est élargi, a mûri et a progressé technologiquement. Des Allemands et des Européens de l'Est au travail pionnier de l'American Bernard Jensen, le père de l'iridologie moderne, tous ont testé ses potentiels de diagnostic à des centaines de milliers de personnes dans le monde. Aujourd'hui, les praticiens de tous les domaines de la médecine utilisent toujours l'iridologie.

How long does a consultation take?
When an iris analysis is completed as part of a comprehensive health evaluation, the appointment time is normally about two hours. If an individual wants only an iris analysis without a comprehensive health consultation, the appointment is normally one hour.

This colorful power point show has very clear and detailed iris signs, showing various types of contraction furrows (formerly called stress rings). The area the furrows are located, whether they intersect or break. Where they intersect or break can tell the iridologist a great deal about the nervous system and health of that person. This CD also shows various signs that show up in a person’s sclera that may indicate trauma to a part of the body, tendency for poor vessel strength, excess sugar in the body and many other things. Syndrome patterns that can occur within the iris including Cardio Abdominal, Cardio Renal and Pancreatic are shown. This CD has wonderful written explanations, and arrows pointing to the signs are being taught. Excellent for a student learning iridology or for an iridology instructor to use in the classroom.
