The Colon and Intestine Ring is the second ring among the seven zones.
Localização: The Colon and Intestine Ring spans from the outer edge of the pupil to one-third of the inner edge of the iris. The reflex zones for the intestines in the left and right eyes are as follows:
- Left Eye Reflex Zone: Transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectum, small intestine.
- Right Eye Reflex Zone: Transverse colon, small intestine, cecum, appendix, duodenum, ascending colon.
Phenomenon: Under normal conditions, the Colon and Intestine Ring occupies the space from the outer edge of the pupil to one-third of the inner edge of the iris. Any deviation—whether exceeding or falling short of this one-third mark—indicates an abnormality.

- Quando o anel intestinal é inferior a um terço, pode resultar em contração muscular intestinal ou espasmos, levando à drenagem intestinal prejudicada, distúrbios digestivos e problemas relacionados.
- Quando o anel intestinal excede um terço, pode significar inchaço intestinal, músculos intestinais enfraquecidos e uma série de disfunções intestinais, incluindo má digestão e evacuações irregulares.
