2026-6-22 Vicki Eaton:I just bought the 12MP High Res CCD USB irisope diagnostic eye camera I have a windows 10 laptop. I put the usb drive in Got the analyis system icon on the main screen, but when I try to open it I get a message that : No USB lock is found! this is a commerical software! Please contact your dealer. I got the camera plugged in as well and nothing is working at all.
